Patient Participation Group is a group of patients registered with the practice coming together on a regular basis, to look at how they can positively influence the development of the surgery and local health services.
The health interests of our patients is at the forefront of the group, along with the development and progress of the practice as a whole.
If you are happy for us to contact you periodically by email, please complete our online registration form. This information will help us to make sure that we try to speak to a representative sample of the patients that are registered at this practice.

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
